Wi-Fi signal not reaching the breaker sensor

Technicians will assist with device installation and ensure a Wi-Fi connection. If any issues arise during the setup process, they will provide the necessary support.

To improve Wi-Fi signal reception, we recommend following these steps:

1. Adjust the Wi-Fi antenna orientation on both the router and Breaker Sensor.
2. Relocate the Breaker Sensor antenna to a position with better Wi-Fi signal coverage.
3. Check your Wi-Fi router settings and ensure the signal strength is set to maximum.
